Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
10 years in title with substantial management experience.
Experience reviewing title commitments, clearing liens, interpreting legal descriptions, and determining lien priority.
Experience reviewing corporate documents to verify entity authority and property ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals.
Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
