Columbus McKinnon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations from Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely and empathetic assistance across digital channels to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

You will promptly respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed product and policy information, while documenting all interactions and identifying trends to drive improvements.
