Nova NRG is seeking a remote Call Center Manager to own and scale our outbound appointment setting operation focused on South Florida homeowners. You will lead a team of Appointment Setters, run the dialer and lead strategy, ensure compliance, and deliver a steady pipeline of qualified appointments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outbound call center leadership for US clients, 1+ year managing teams, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound call center or phone sales experience for US clients.
• 1+ year as a team lead, supervisor, or manager of outbound callers.
• Experience with solar, home improvement, or appointment setting is a must.
• Experience with auto-dialers and CRM systems.
• Advanced English fluency (bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred).
• Reliable high-speed internet, backup connection, and quiet work setup.

Responsibilities

• Own call center targets: appointments set, show rate, and conversion to closed deals.
• Hire, train, and onboard new Appointment Setters.
• Set daily and weekly KPIs and hold the team accountable.
• Monitor live and recorded calls for quality and script adherence.
• Manage auto-dialer campaigns, calling windows, and lead lists.
• Refine scripts, call flows, and objection-handling playbooks.
• Audit CRM entries for accurate notes and call outcomes.
• Coordinate with the Florida sales team on appointment quality and no-shows.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and team performance.
• Report results to US leadership daily and weekly.
