Cooper Standard seeks a Business Systems Analyst Intern to support IT projects and assist in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes and technology solutions. You will work with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify needs, gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to learn new business processes and technologies quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and acceleration of IT projects, particularly PoCs and pilot initiatives.
• Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirements documentation.
• Participate in meetings with business users, project teams, and IT personnel to understand system needs and priorities.
• Help evaluate existing business systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support testing activities, including test planning, test script creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Participate in system implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Help develop user training materials, job aids, and documentation.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and project deliverables.
