Sanmina is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 1 to design, implement and support corporate collaboration platforms within the Digital Workplace portfolio. You will focus on product adoption, roadmaps, and training materials while partnering with IT and business process owners to optimize tools.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive adoption and process improvements.

Formación

• Prefer 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and suggest improvements to processes.

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and product roadmap concepts.
• Experience or familiarity with JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Python, or Google API is a plus.
• University degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field of study.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and support corporate collaboration platforms.
• Measure adoption of collaboration platforms and develop action plans to increase adoption.
• Analyze platform usage metrics and user feedback to inform product roadmap prioritization.
• Assist in product roadmap management by tracking milestones, feature rollouts, and project deliverables.
• Assist in preparing training and adoption materials.
• Become a subject matter expert for Sanmina collaboration platforms.
• Partner with Technology teams as required in supporting the launch of processes designed to enhance our vision of a Digital Workplace.

Job Description

Business Systems Analyst 1

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting corporate collaboration platforms under the Digital Workplace portfolio, with a dedicated focus on product adoption and roadmap management. The position works closely with various teams across the IT organization and business process owners to optimize current tools, streamline business processes, and evaluate innovative solutions to meet enterprise needs.

You will be expected to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in technology adoption, process improvement, and solution execution. Working cross-functionally and collaboratively, you will help manage product roadmaps, track feature adoption, and deliver training and enablement materials to drive maximum value from collaboration technologies.
