You will assist in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes and technology solutions while gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise applications and IT project work.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams on requirements, data analysis, testing, and training materials, developing foundational skills in business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to learn new business processes and technologies quickly.
• Understanding of business process analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies.
• Experience with MS Power Platform, SQL, Power BI, or business intelligence tools.
• Coursework related to business analysis, systems analysis, or project management.
