About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper with 2–3 years of experience to join a fast-paced, tech-forward accounting team. This is a back-office role that plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring timely deliverables for U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Categorize and record transactions daily via bank feeds in QuickBooks Online.
• Support month-end close processes during the first two weeks of each month, including clearing bank feeds and reconciling transactions.
• Perform book clean-ups and maintain up-to-date records with limited supervision.
• Communicate internally through Slack alias accounts to collaborate with the team (not directly client-facing, but must operate within client channels).
• Follow detailed SOPs and work autonomously with access to extensive documentation (300+ SOPs available).
• Chase down missing statements and assist with compiling necessary financial information.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Comfortable working in a remote, process-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
