You will collaborate with Sales, CS, and US teams, requiring fluent English and availability during US business hours. Prior billing experience with Salesforce and WorkDay Financials is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in billing or finance roles.
• Experience with Salesforce and WorkDay Financials preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoices, credits and debits, and billing records.

Responsibilities

• Handle subscription invoices, one-time invoices, and credit memos.
• Resolve US-based billing inquiries with professional English communication.
• Coordinate with US-based teams to close billing issues within SLAs.
• Log and track incidents in Salesforce Service Cloud with complete information.
• Assist in updating knowledge resources and maintain positive customer service.
• Support a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to SLAs.
