Samsara is seeking a remote Implementation Consultant / Customer Success role for candidates based in Mexico. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to drive value for customers and adopt Samsara's platform across multiple industries.

Minimum 3+ years in implementation consultant, customer success, account management, or consulting.
SaaS experience preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required.
Strong written and spoken communication with multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

Be on the front-lines to ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations with Samsara IoT platform.
Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers for quick time to value.
Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara's technology to users across use cases.
Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
