Resolv Global in Mexico is seeking English/Spanish bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives for a remote, full-time role. You will contact patients by phone to schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments.

This independent contractor position offers weekly USD payments, paid training, and long-term growth potential. You will work from home anywhere in Mexico and handle HIPAA-compliant documentation while meeting targets.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting or customer service.
• Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day.
• Goal-driven with ability to meet KPIs and performance targets.
• Able to multitask across multiple systems while remaining organized.

Responsabilidades

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day to schedule appointments.
• Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments.
• Educate patients on the importance of routine care.
• Build trust and rapport with patients.
• Handle objections professionally with empathy.
• Document every interaction accurately and securely.
• Meet productivity, quality, and appointment conversion goals.
• Protect patient information in accordance with HIPAA.

We're looking for motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy connecting with people, and know how to turn conversations into appointments, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.

This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day
• Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments

Hours of Operation

Monday to Thursday:

• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Friday:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Schedules will fall within these operating hours.

Technical Requirements (Essential)

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
• 16 GB RAM
• Dual monitors
• Webcam and headset
• i5 processor or higher
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
• Backup power solution
• Microsoft Teams / Office 365
