Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life sciences is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory and will be evaluated.
• French language is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming calls and emails from external customers (patients/healthcare providers).
• Summarize reports and extract vital information for the project.
• Create Adverse Event and Product Quality reports with concise data entry.
