Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Management Analyst (PMA) in Mexico City to support clinical trial delivery. You will work with project leaders to monitor performance, timelines, and budgets, while coordinating across teams and clients.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced English. This is a 100% remote position across Mexico, with time-zone coverage for Pacific and West Coast regions.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with exposure to project management or clinical research is welcome.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance via dashboards, reports and metrics.
• Support timelines, milestones and team coordination activities.
• Assist with budgets, expenses, invoices, and forecasting.
• Identify and track risks, issues and action plans.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams and external clients.
• Support documentation, audits, and eTMF quality.
