Resolv Global is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to work from home in Mexico. You will handle inbound calls, resolve member questions, and provide empathetic support for health plan services, including transportation.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess 6+ months of inbound contact center experience, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong data-entry and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of inbound contact center experience OR transferable healthcare experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced call environment.

Responsabilidades
