Resolv Global is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to support health plan members from home in Mexico. You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and deliver empathetic service while meeting performance goals.

This independent contractor role requires a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and your own equipment. Schedule includes EST hours with training and potential shifts, Monday-Friday.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months inbound contact center experience or transferable healthcare experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced call environment.
• Comfortable handling difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Professional and courteous communication style.
• Must have own equipment and a quiet work space.
• Must meet attendance and punctuality expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls from health plan members and representatives.
• Listen to understand customer needs and respond professionally.
• Provide information regarding transportation services and member support programs.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and data.
• Meet performance and quality expectations.
• Follow HIPAA and compliance requirements when handling PHI.
• Escalate concerns to the leadership team as needed.
• Participate in required training and coaching.
• Complete compliance and training courses.
• Be on camera during training and required meetings.
