SpotOn in Cancún/Playa del Carmen is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in our sales team. You will proactively reach out to prospects, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with the sales team to penetrate new markets.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Spanish and English, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by targets. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and remote work options in Cancún/Playa del Carmen.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on outreach and performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to target high-potential accounts and enter new markets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to tailor outreach and conversations.
