Uptalent.io, a remote talent platform connecting Latin American engineers, seeks a B2B Business Development or Sales Executive. This role is a partnership opportunity designed to generate high-quality leads for our remote AEC talent services and convert them into long-term clients.

You’ll earn competitive commissions—both recurring and one-time—with unlimited earning potential. Work autonomously with no fixed hours, supported by a collaborative sales team.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the engineering, architecture, and/or construction sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients for remote architectural and engineering talent.
• Warm up leads by understanding needs and positioning Uptalent.io as a solution.
• Ensure leads are ready for conversion and hand off to the sales team as needed.
