Scale Up is seeking an Automation Specialist to own and optimize automation infrastructure spanning lead management, CRM processes, and internal reporting. This remote full-time role requires 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience and a track record of building production-grade automations.

You’ll collaborate with leadership and multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate designs reliable automations, writes Python and JavaScript code, and leverages platforms like

• 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience with Zapier/Make.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: object relations, lead mapping, CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs and AI outputs in live workflows.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, error handling.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving, clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end automation ecosystem, build and maintain workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
• Coordinate lead automation and CRM synchronization.
• Create automated reporting for daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
• Document workflows to ensure maintainability.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems with automation.
