Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to manage a high-volume B2B portfolio from a remote MX location. You will outreach on past-due invoices, record payments in NetSuite/Salesforce, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve discrepancies. Flexibility for European hours and a strong Excel/analytical skill set are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable and collections can substitute for educational requirements.
• Basic knowledge of sales contracts and standard payment terms.
• Flexibility to work an early shift schedule to cover European time zones.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automation tools and processes is a plus.
• Flexibility to navigate frequent changes in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of B2B accounts focusing on proactive monitoring and initial outreach for past-due invoices.
• Contact customers via email and phone regarding overdue invoices.
• Record daily customer payments in ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support cash forecasting with knowledge of payment cycles and customer behavior.
