Sensient Technologies is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 6-month temporary position in Mexico. You will manage invoicing, credit and debit memos, and support accurate financial reporting in a dynamic, international environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, is proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and communicates in English. Onsite work five days a week with competitive compensation and onboarding training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or hands-on accounting experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the billing process: generate invoices, credit memos, and debit memos.
• Monitor the re-billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Send invoices to customers according to their requirements.
