Job summary

Jobgether SRL invites applications for a Lecturer in Business Management based in Mexico. This fully remote role focuses on designing learning content, delivering online instruction, and assessing student performance across business disciplines.

You will contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and coordination of academic staff while collaborating with industry professionals to keep content current and relevant.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, International Business or related discipline.
• Professional or academic experience in business/management.
• Ability to teach across multiple business disciplines and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, outcomes-based learning content aligned with objectives and standards.
• Facilitate engaging online sessions that encourage participation and practical understanding.
• Design and deliver formative and summative assessments evaluating critical thinking and decision-making.
• Teach across business management subjects including sustainability, entrepreneurship, international business, and operations management.
• Support capstone module and ensure integration of knowledge with real-world challenges.
• Moderate and ensure quality of teaching materials, assessments, marks, and results.
• Develop and review learning materials for assigned modules.
