Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer for a fully remote, six-month contract with an Australian organization. Based in Mexico, you will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, covering storyboarding, content development, and LMS implementation across the full development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver high-quality resources that meet objectives, while exploring new technologies and improving existing

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience in instructional design or training.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate and interactive multimedia development.
• Experience with an LMS and a solid understanding of SCORM.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and instructional content development.
• Experience writing instructional copy and audio/video scripts.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for minor edits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organization and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Preferred Moodle experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience in an RTO is not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into engaging online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio and video scripts.
• Develop, organize, and manage learning content for LMS and SCORM environments.
• Conduct usability testing and quality assurance for learner satisfaction.
• Ensure materials comply with standards, visual guidelines, copyrights, and IP regulations.
• Develop supporting resources and training for effective e-learning delivery.
• Support design, development, implementation, and handover of e-learning projects.
• Work with instructional designers and stakeholders to deliver on time and budget.
• Review programs and suggest improvements in methods, content, and delivery.
• Stay informed about instructional design practices and learning tech trends.
