Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Learning Support Manager for the Americas. This remote role trains academics, designs assessments and ensures fast expert support across the region.

You will develop and deliver sessions, keep the Help Centre updated, and work with Product to enhance our support tools. You will manage relationships, run quarterly reviews, and drive referrals, contributing to Cadmus' pedagogy across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning design, academic development or university teaching.
• Ability to design and run training, workshops and webinars for academics.
• Strong pedagogy knowledge and the ability to advise academics on assessment design.
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear, warm writing.
• Comfort with LMS platforms and new tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and webinars for academics.
• Help academics craft scaffolded, high-quality assessments grounded in pedagogy.
• Oversee regional support, keep the Help Centre and documentation current.
• Work with Product to develop internal support tools.
• Own the relationship with academics and lead quarterly business reviews.
