Cadmus is seeking a Learning Support Specialist based in Mexico to handle email and chat support for universities in the Americas. You will work UK afternoons and the Americas working day, ensuring fast, human responses to educators and students.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing support for software, SaaS, or edtech products.
• Experience using helpdesk/inbox tools (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot).
• Fluent written and spoken English; clear, warm writing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer academics and students by email and chat, primarily in inbox.
• Determine whether questions are how-to or genuine faults and route with context.
• Provide quick, accurate responses and escalate with all details for technical teams.
