BairesDev is a 100% remote company seeking a Revenue Enablement Partner to edit, audit, and improve AI-generated outreach and onboarding content for sales roles. You will help define quality standards and scale enablement processes across teams to raise effectiveness and accuracy in messaging.

In collaboration with sales leadership, you will own onboarding for key roles, refine prompts, and build training materials that stay current as tools evolve.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in copy editing for AI output or human‑written content.
• Background supporting revenue client‑facing teams in enablement.
• Experience creating and editing marketing materials for client-facing revenue teams.
• Advanced level of English.

Aufgaben

• Edit AI-generated sequences, templates, and messaging to quality standards.
• Audit live AI-generated outreach and monitor drift.
• Document recurring AI failure patterns and guide AI build owners.
• Develop onboarding curricula for Principals and Evangelists.
• Support the Communications Strategist with training content and collateral.
