Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a visionary Principal AI Engineer to define and lead the organization’s AI strategy, architecture, and governance. You will drive enterprise-scale AI solutions, with emphasis on LLM integration, generative AI, and secure, scalable deployment.

You will collaborate with executives and product teams to align AI efforts with business goals, mentor AI engineers, and shape the long-term tech roadmap for AI adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI engineering experience.
• Expertise in AI system architecture and enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record in LLM integration, generative AI, and end-to-end AI app development.
• Strong software architecture background.
• Deep understanding of system security.
• Experience with distributed, scalable AI in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to evaluate architectures and trade-offs for long-term impact.
• Experience managing CI/CD for AI/ML workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities
