Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As AI Engineer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role.

You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them. You work directly with engineering and delivery leadership to take a documented roadmap of automation workflows and turn them into shipped, working systems.

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and cloud deployment; English for async work.

Responsabilidades

• Own and ship internal automation workflows atop AI capabilities.
• Build production systems that integrate with WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and CMS.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to convert roadmaps into shipped systems.
