Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As Machine Learning Engineer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role.

You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them. You work directly with engineering and delivery leadership to take a documented roadmap of automation workflows and turn them into shipped, working systems.

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).

Responsabilidades

• Own and ship internal automation roadmap; build production systems on top of AI models.
• Integrate with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and use tools and function calling.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery leadership to turn roadmaps into shipped systems.
