Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AI Developer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This builder role focuses on production systems, not model training, and requires delivering agent-based workflows and integrations.

You will connect with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, build internal tools, and automate workflows across WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and our CMS. Remote role for LATAM and SA regions with strong Python/Node.js skills.

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Build agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrate with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs including tool use and function calling.
• Develop internal tools to reduce manual hours across design and development processes.
• Create automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and internal CMS.
• Handle MCP server integrations as part of the AI stack.
