Hire Hangar is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the architecture of back-end automation pipelines and craft polished, data-rich interfaces. You will work with AI/ML teams, PMs, and UX designers to ship powerful, reliable automation features across the stack.

You will collaborate on data pipelines, AI integration, and API/UI exposure, while mentoring mid-level engineers and shaping engineering best practices in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• Senior-level full stack development experience with backend (Node.js or Python) and frontend (React or Vue).
• Proven experience building or integrating RPA solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns (RAG, tool-calling, prompts).
• Knowledge of semantic/knowledge graph layers or context stores.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop RPA agent pipelines integrated into the SaaS platform.
• Build responsive, data-rich frontend interfaces showing automation insights.
• Design semantic context layers for intelligent agent decisions.
• Integrate language models and decision engines into automation workflows.
• Contribute to ingestion, transformation, and API/UI exposure on the data platform.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical roadmapping.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and help define engineering best practices.
