Job summary

Paired is seeking a role focused on making conversations more effective by reviewing AI-drafted messages, refining prompts, and updating playbooks. You will learn our tools and playbooks, while applying sales instincts and data curiosity to improve bot responses and brand interactions.

You will help launch new brands through deep brand research, persona creation, and opening messages, and you will run and analyze A/B tests to determine what works best.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer support, or live chat.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript or similar tools.
• Spreadsheet skills or basic SQL.
• AI tooling experience or interest in prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-drafted text messages and approve or rewrite before sending.
• Spot patterns across conversations and identify causes of outcomes.
• Update brand prompts and playbooks, then test changes before going live.
• Respond to brand requests and translate into playbook updates.
• Help launch new brands with research, persona writing and offer validation.
• Run and track A/B tests and report results.
• Read people well to determine buyer readiness and respond appropriately.
• Apply sales instincts to objections and secure the sale without pressuring.
• Be curious about data and ask the right questions about conversation metrics.
