You will lead end-to-end AI/ML design, mentor teams, and collaborate with leadership to integrate AI into software products while upholding responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with extensive ML/AI industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI/ML and Gen AI systems.
• Lead solution design discussions with clients and represent 3Pillar in interactions.
• Architect scalable, cloud-native AI solutions using major platforms.
• Guide teams on MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning and retraining.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and benchmark AI tools.
• Mentor engineers and ensure responsible AI governance.
