Job summary

3Pillar is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA initiatives across our projects and mentor junior engineers. You will define test strategies, oversee execution, and expand automation to improve efficiency and coverage.

You will collaborate with Technical Leads, Product Development Managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure quality and reliability from design through delivery. English proficiency is essential in our global team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance with test strategy, planning, execution, and maintenance.
At least 3 years of automated testing tools experience with scripting and framework development.
Experience with parity, regression, and AI-augmented testing approaches.
Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.
Strong communication skills in English and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Strategic QA planning with Technical Lead/PM to develop test strategies and plans.
Lead design and oversight of test execution with coverage and timelines in mind.
Enhance automation frameworks and tooling; drive improvements in testing processes.
Serve as primary QA contact for development/product teams and ensure QA transparency.
Support PM in project planning; mentor junior team members and uphold quality standards.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for QA processes and tools.
Stay informed on testing trends and share insights with the QA team.
