3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA initiatives across innovative projects. You will mentor junior engineers, design comprehensive test strategies, and guide automation efforts to ensure top-quality software delivery.

You will collaborate with Technical Lead and Product Development to drive testing excellence, while championing process improvements and staying ahead of industry trends in a remote-first, global team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in software QA with test strategy, planning, execution and documentation.
• 3+ years with automated testing tools and scripting for automation.
• Parity & regression testing for migrations.
• AI-augmented testing and prompt guidance for AI tools.
• Leadership in Agile/Scrum and QA within rapid dev cycles.
• CI/CD pipelines experience and automation optimization.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/C# for test automation.
• SQL and backend data validation.
• Defect tracking with JIRA or similar tools.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop test strategies and plans aligned to project objectives.
• Oversee test design and execution, manage resources and timelines.
• Expand automation frameworks and tooling.
• Act as QA liaison to development and product teams.
• Support project planning and QA deliverables with leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes.
• Stay updated on new testing technologies and best practices.
