Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the technical direction and architecture of an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands. You will stay hands-on, defining orchestration, data retrieval, and evaluation strategies while guiding distributed teams and hiring decisions.

You will own end-to-end delivery of an agentic platform, leveraging LangChain/LangGraph, integrating with AWS services, and shaping how enterprise AI scales across business functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Python development experience.
• Proven ownership of an agentic or LLM platform end to end in production.
• Deep expertise with LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong LLM evaluation strategy experience, including offline evals and golden datasets.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation over structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with model gateways and routing (Bedrock/LiteLLM).
• Experience with CI/CD and observability for AI services.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and own architecture for an enterprise-scale AI platform.
• Design multi-agent orchestration and routing across specialized agents.
• Own retrieval strategy across data sources, structured and unstructured.
• Build and evolve evaluation harness to validate AI system behavior.
• Mentor distributed engineering teams and guide technical hiring decisions.
