3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect for AI Applications and Agents (Azure) to lead the architecture of AI-enabled products. You will decide where AI belongs, design the agent, retrieval layers, and evaluation framework, and steer engineers from design to production.

Required Applied AI expertise, Azure platform experience, and hands-on .NET or Node.js architecture skills. Remote-first culture with a wide client base across industries and global delivery teams.

Formación

• LLM applications shipped to production: tool‑calling agents, structured outputs, retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Evaluation and guardrails in production: golden sets, error taxonomies, regression on prompt changes.
• Judgment about AI placement: explain where a model should not be used and what deterministic design replaces it.

Responsabilidades

• Set the AI boundary on every product: what runs deterministically, what the model handles, and how human review gates each release.
• Design agent and retrieval layers: Azure OpenAI behind a swappable model port and orchestration tooling.
• Define how AI features are measured: evaluation sets, error thresholds, and CI regression runs.
• Design the application architecture around the AI: hexagonal systems with a generic domain core.
• Own architecture diagrams and decision records; mentor the team and present to client leadership.
