Job summary

Pavago is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support AR/AP, commissions, and regular reconciliations. You will use Salesforce and QuickBooks to generate reports and ensure accurate financial data. The role reports to the Operations Manager and operates in a fully remote capacity during US business hours.

The ideal candidate offers 2+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication, with the ability to work independently across systems and teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional accounting experience including AR/AP.
• Salesforce experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com is mandatory.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and aging.
• Process accounts payable and vendor payments on time.
• Calculate and verify sales commissions per plan.
• Perform daily/monthly reconciliations and month-end closing assistance.
• Generate financial reports using Salesforce and accounting systems.
