Job summary

BMW Group in Mexico City is seeking a Remarketing Trainee to support the development and execution of remarketing and end-of-term strategies, maximizing vehicle value, improving trade-ins and refinancing opportunities, and enhancing customer retention.

You will work closely with Sales, Risk, Accounting, CRM & Marketing, Dealer Network partners, and external vendors to combine analytical, commercial, and operational activities for profitable and efficient remarketing operations while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of Remarketing and End-of-Term strategies focused on maximizing vehicle value and reducing vehicle turn-ins.
• Prepare and analyze key performance indicators, reports, and operational controls to support decision-making, efficiency and profitability within the Remarketing area.
• Support the refinancing process for end-of-term contracts by coordinating tailored solutions with internal teams and customers.
• Monitor vehicle inspection and damage assessment processes, ensuring consistency and timely follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve remarketing performance, increase trade-ins and refinancing conversions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
