Job summary

BMW Group in Hidalgo, Mexico is seeking a Remarketing Trainee to support remarketing and end-of-term strategies, aiming to maximize vehicle value and improve trade-ins and refinancing opportunities.

You will work with Sales, Risk, Accounting, CRM & Marketing, Dealer Network partners and external vendors, combining analytics with commercial and operational activities to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-to-insight skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with dealers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Remarketing and End-of-Term strategies.
• Prepare and analyze key performance indicators, reports, and controls.
• Assist refinancing processes for end-of-term contracts with internal teams and customers.
• Monitor vehicle inspection and damage assessment workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve remarketing performance and conversions.
