Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with dealers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Remarketing and End-of-Term strategies focused on maximizing vehicle value and reducing vehicle turn-ins.
• Prepare and analyze key performance indicators, reports, and operational controls to support decision‑making, efficiency and profitability within the Remarketing area.
• Support the refinancing process for end-of-term contracts by coordinating tailored solutions with internal teams and customers.
• Monitor vehicle inspection and damage assessment processes, ensuring consistency and timely follow‑up.
• Identify opportunities to improve remarketing performance, increase trade‑ins and refinancing conversions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
