Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in supervisory roles, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills, and proficiency in English (C1+).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within a fast-paced internal service or operations environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Power BI (desirable).
• Leadership & Coaching: motivate, mentor, and hold team members accountable.
• Analytical Thinking: interpret data, identify trends, drive solutions.
• Communication: deliver clear, concise messages to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations - manage daily activities, schedules, and performance objectives of the team; evaluate metrics and address deficiencies.
• Audit Support - provide support for internal and external audit evidence requests; conduct external vendor audits.
• Coaching and Development - lead and develop employees; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Communication - provide proactive updates regarding compliance findings, process changes, and team opportunities.
