Job summary

BMW MEXICO seeks a Sen. Spec. Performance Management to drive dealer performance, profitability, and retail network effectiveness across Mexico and Latin American markets.

You will leverage data analytics, incentive management, and performance steering tools to optimize dealer remuneration programs and support sustainable growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP/BI experience, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five+ years in performance management, incentive management, data analytics, KPI steering, or business controlling within automotive, retail, or financial services environments.
• Experience with data analytics, KPI tracking, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and operation of dealer bonus and incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end bonus payment process for dealers and importers including KPI tracking and payout.
• Analyze dealer performance indicators related to sales, customer satisfaction, profitability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, CRM, Marketing, Customer Support, and Financial Services to ensure data integrity and program effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, remuneration analyses, and management presentations for stakeholders and partners.
• Drive innovation, analytics, automation, and process improvements to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Support retail organization in profitability and leadership across brands.
