Job summary

Objective of the position:
Lead cross-functional teams to identify the most critical field issues, analyze trends, open and manage FRACAS investigations, and escape technical concerns to the appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs). Provide the structure, accountability, project management, and coordination needed to drive issues from identification through sustainable resolution in a timely manner.

The FQT Lead will work within a team of fellow FQT Leads and will focus on a specific portion of the vehicle. They will also own unique tertiary responsibilities, such as company and team reporting on quality, FRACAS tool and process ownership, Rate Planning, report out forums, etc.

Indispensable Requirements

• Working knowledge of DTNA product design, system integration, testing, and overall truck operation (“truck knowledge”).
• Knowledge of performance metrics, target setting, and reporting practices.
• Experience applying analytical techniques, statistics, and forecasting methods to evaluate data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies and the ability to apply them to quality and business challenges.
• Working knowledge of DTNA warranty data structures, reporting tools, and performance trends.
