Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in quality, FRACAS, or a related field.
• Knowledge of DTNA product design, system integration, testing, and truck operation.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Structured problem-solving methodology.
• Proficiency in English (B2) and Spanish (C1).

Responsibilities

• Issue Identification: Monitor trends and identify emerging risks.
• Corrective action and reporting using FRACAS and root cause analysis.
• Lead tertiary responsibilities and special assignments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions.
• Provide analytical support to management and documentation.
• Support Rate Planning and process documentation.
