Daimler Financial Services Mexico is seeking a Team Lead Remarketing to enhance quality strategies, training initiatives, and the compliance program within the NASC Operations team. • 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role within a fast‑paced internal service or operations environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Power BI (desirable)
• Analysis and strategizing capabilities
• Leadership & Coaching: able to motivate, mentor, and hold team members accountable while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Analytical Thinking: proficient at interpreting data, identifying trends and driving solutions based on metrics.
• Communication: skilled at delivering clear, concise messages to stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem Solving: strong ability to analyze situations, pinpoint obstacles, and implement effective, timely solutions.
• Agility & Planning: capable of balancing competing priorities, adapting to change and optimizing team workload.
• English level: C1+.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Operations - Manage the daily activities, schedules, and goal / performance operational objectives of the team specific to a given functional area. Evaluate business metrics and agent performance to identify areas of deficiencies and address such items with a customized solution.
• Audit Support - Provide support for internal and external audit evidence requests such as Corporate Audit, Risk Review, CFPB, ABS, KPMG and State exams. Conduct external vendor audits.
• Coaching and Development - Provide leadership and employee development through coaching, huddles, side‑by‑side assistance and training. Execute management activities, including performance appraisals and talent selection.
• Communication - Provide regular proactive updates to direct manager and Operations Manager regarding compliance findings, business process issues, and developmental opportunities within the team.
