Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a Regionalization Manager to drive end-to-end regionalization for AFN network in Mexico and optimize inventory placement for fastest delivery at best cost.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Tech, Finance, and Business to improve placement, connect outbound, and develop dashboards with real-time metrics. Fluency in English and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Regionalization for AFN (Amazon Fulfillment Network) network in Mexico.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Tech, Finance, Business to improve placement, connect outbound and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain costs.
• Audit and hold other internal teams accountable through metrics, meetings, processes and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and track key metrics for inventory placement across all channels.
• Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of operational metrics.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership team in Mexico and Rest of World.
