Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical security sales (access control, video management, or related technologies).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience selling through a channel partner network with direct field sales experience.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies and ability to articulate complex concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and productivity tools like Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by recruiting new dealers and expanding revenue with partners.
• Build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, system integrators, and end-users.
• Master Brivo solutions, including cloud-based access control and VMS, and related technologies.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate with vertical sales, inside support, and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct demonstrations and training of Brivo hardware and software to diverse audiences.
