Job summary

Forvia SE is seeking a Regional Quality Manager in Monterrey, MX to drive the quality system in production per IATF 16949 and FORVIA standards. The role leads Six Sigma and kata-based problem solving across plants, ensuring top quality performance and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will oversee audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting monthly quality metrics and supporting cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS Engineering Degree or related field.
• Strong experience with 8D, 5 Why’s, Pareto, Lean manufacturing and statistical analysis.
• Significant automotive industry experience applying statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and maintenance of the quality system aligned with FMS and IATF 16949.
• Drive customer satisfaction, quality excellence and CI across the organization.
• Facilitate 8D, Six Sigma projects and KATA QRCIs to reduce quality costs and improve performance.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure conformance to customer and client requirements.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and support QR reviews (VOC, Quality Walls).
