Forvia, a leader in sustainable mobility technologies, is seeking a Quality Operations Manager to lead the quality system implementation in production aligned with FMS and IATF 16949. You will drive customer satisfaction, quality excellence, and continuous improvement while leading 8D and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs and improve product performance.

You will promote action plans, report KPI trends, and supervise audits to ensure compliance with automotive standards across FIS MX plants.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS Engineering Degree or related degree.
• Strong experience with 8D, 5 Why’s, Pareto, Lean and statistical methods.
• Experience applying statistical analysis to problem solving in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Advanced Problem Solving (8D, Six Sigma) and drive 6 Sigma projects to reduce costs.
• Implement Stop Scrap methodology coaching FIS MX plants.
• Promote action plans for problems affecting Quality KPI.
• Ensure correct reporting in QSS (Quality Steering System) of FIS MX plants.
• Track top offenders in NQC.
• Perform/train on floor in KATA QRCIs.
• Follow convergence plans to improve quality KPI.
• Perform/analyze internal audits per IATF16949 and FORVIA ES.
