Job summary

Yanfeng in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico seeks a quality systems professional to coordinate and maintain the quality framework, ensuring adherence to customer standards across all processes. You will establish and oversee Internal Audit programs and coordinate follow-up actions.

You will lead Layered Process Audits, manage IOS-related document updates, and drive corrective actions with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with IATF requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 3–5 years of quality system management experience; automotive sector preferred (5–7 years).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of the quality system to meet customer standards across processes and areas.
• Establish the Internal Audit program and coordinate its follow-up.
• Monitor Layered Process Audit compliance, report monthly results, and close findings.
• Update local documents for IOS changes from global/regional reviews and maintain currency.
• Lead problem-solving with multidisciplinary teams for audit findings.
• Ensure effectiveness of corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Coordinate monthly management reviews of Quality KPIs and plant KPIs via MOR/OPIS.
• Lead external IATF audits and follow up on non-conformities in IQS.
