Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Six years of progressive HR experience in regional/global environments.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to manage complex people matters with sound judgment and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide people partnership support to assigned client groups and leaders in alignment with regional priorities.
• Coach and advise leaders on complex people matters, applying sound judgment and escalation when required.
• Coordinate across people teams to ensure matters receive appropriate support and escalation.
• Implement agreed people initiatives with business leaders and specialist teams.
• Promote standardized people processes while supporting routine activities.
• Champion digital people solutions by helping leaders adopt self-service and analytics.
• Share insights from cases to improve service quality and regional practices.
